Video/Text Synchronization unites deposition audio/video with smooth-scrolling transcript to captivate the jury in a way that is virtually impossible with printed transcript alone.  InMotion synchronized Digital Video Transcripts (DVT) can be created from common VHS tapes and standard ASCII transcripts, making the advantages immediately apparent. 

Videoconferencing:
You now have the option of attending or conducting out-of-town depositions and meetings without the hassle of traveling.  Brown & Jones can coordinate a video teleconference deposition between our videoconference site and thousands of sites all over the country and abroad.

Internet Realtime Depositions:
Our Certified Realtime Reporters' realtime display is delivered instantly to anyone, anywhere, even with a dial-up modem.  No firewall problems or special ports to open.  Our clients can join late and still access testimony they missed.  All that is needed is an Internet connection.  The transcript format includes page, line numbers and timestamps.

LiveNote:
Brown & Jones is an authorized LiveNote dealer. This software enables attorneys to hook up a laptop computer to our reporter’s computer and receive live text which remains on their hard drive. This provides the attorneys with an immediate rough draft of the deposition proceedings.
